Thanksgiving Monday, October 11th
Remembrance Day Thursday, November 11

Dress Policy
Students are asked to dress informally with casual, loose, and comfortable clothing. Any type of dress that will restrict the student from fully engaging in the art making process should not be worn. Art making is often a messy process, and children will get messy!  Please use common sense when dressing for art class.

Payment -

Great News!  Total cost includes two fantastic artist books written and illustrated by 4Cats about the artists we are studying;  Tom Thomson and Gustav Klimt!
Session Cost breakdown: $210.00 (14 classes @ $15)   HST (25.20)  = $235.20   two required 4Cats material books (2@$12)   GST = $25.20
Total cost  = $260.40
Payment options - Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash
Please call the studio at your earliest convenience to arrange payment if you have not provided credit card information on the registration form.
All payments must be received within 2 days of registration or registration will automatically be cancelled and will need to be resubmitted.

Payment Option
Parents are responsible for committing to the entire term.  If you are choosing to pay for tuition in 4 equal payments of $65.10 either provide -
4 cheques - The first dated for the date of registration, the second October 1st, November 1st, December 1st
or
Credit Card - Provide your credit card number and we will automatically charge the card the 1st of each month.
Payments cannot be handed in monthly. Parents are responsible for committing to the entire term or the portion of time remaining in the term if late registration is accepted.

Cancellation Policy For Registration
Students have until the end of the second class to decide if the program is right for them. If the class is not suitable, 1/2 of session cost may be refunded.  NO REFUNDS or credit after the end of the second class.  Should the studio need to cancel a course due to low enrollment, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds issued.

Transfer Policy
There is $25 administration fee for any transfers or credit requests or refunds.

Make up Class Policy - Please Read!
If your child is able to catch up in their regular class please do not book a make up class.
For ages 3 and up, make up classes are available to ensure students are able to complete projects. There is not an art history component to these classes.  The make up classes are scheduled once every 2 weeks.
We are unable to offer 2 year old make up classes.
We are unable to offer make up classes for any specialty classes we may offer including the Clay, Drawing and Star Wars classes.
Please note that students may not like attending the make up classes. The other students and teacher may be unfamiliar to them.
The make up classes are mixed ages. The make up class time sign up sheet is available at the front desk - 8 spaces available per class.
Times are set solely to ensure students are able to keep up with the class projects.
These set times are the only times we are able to allow make up classes.
Parents are solely responsible for signing up for these times.
Please only attend if your child's name is on the "Make Up Class List" at least one day in advance of make up class date, otherwise we will not be able to prepare.
We ask that parent’s sign the student's up for only 2 make up classes per session.
Make up classes do not carry over to a new artist session.
Classes cannot be pro-rated or credited for time missed.  
4Cats is in no way responsible for providing make up classes for missed time, however, we do our best to ensure projects are completed.

Behavioural Policy
Students should conduct themselves in a respectful manner with both fellow students and instructors a like.  Students are asked to respect the work and space of other students as well as the studio environment in general.

Pick up and Drop off
The classroom will be open 5 minutes before the class is to commence. Parents are responsible for picking up the students on time.
Please note that these are drop off classes unless otherwise stated. We are unfortunately unable to provide a waiting area.
